Generally speaking pencil eyeliners tend to work on my hand but not my waterline. I discovered that khol eyeliners are the way forward ! This is the only one I ever use and I love it! It always applies on nice and smooth and true to its color. The black on is nice and dark and helps to make lashes appear more full. The brown is great if you want a more natural look but still want the effect of an eyeliner. The other thing I love about this eyeliner is that its super easy to smudge. Apply it above your lash line and smudge either with your finger or a sponge eye shadow brush for a sexy smokey look! This is also perfect if you want top eyeliner but your don't like the harsh edge of a liquid liner. And the price! I mean there really is nothing to complain about!
